Is the Wisconsin government going to pay for police or whoever to be posted at every cash register in every grocery store to check the bags of a poor person (since they won't know how the food is being paid for until after its all scanned and bagged) and remove items from the list before letting them leave the store? Seriously, how in heck are they going to enforce such a ridiculous law?
